"The location, the grounds and the lovely Staab House bar were the best things about the stay. Our king bed fireplace room was fine but very small. Plastic cups in the bathroom and paper cups for the a espresso felt a bit like a typical budget hotel, not a luxury resort. There was an industrial motor/humming sound much of the night in our room. On the bright side, we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves on February 1! Every staff person was excellent— friendly and helpful. "

The hotel is filled with Native American art and the Hacienda provides many amenities including butler service, shuttle, continental breakfast, happy hour and turndown service. We loved the fireplace in our room and the bed was comfy. The staff is 10/10 and so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. "
