After asking for multiple days, we still never got a remote for that room, and had to share the remote from the other room. They never resolved the locked safe either. "It was all so easy. The worst thing, not that bad, was the steam room is only open while the spa is open. The room we stayed in you could hear people outside. We enjoyed our visit."
