"We spent a week at Villas de Santa Fe and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza or to drive to area destinations. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The only reason for the 4 for condition was that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It was very slow. Otherwise everything was in good working order. The free laundry was a wonderful perk. "

One of the rooms was missing the remote to the tv and the safe was locked, so unusable. After asking for multiple days, we still never got a remote for that room, and had to share the remote from the other room. They never resolved the locked safe either. "This is a homey and popular hotel. I loved the room the beds were great. The balcony was peaceful. Staff were mostly very helpful. I would say the kindest staff were the shuttle drivers. That was a great amenity! The location is perfect. We loved being there!"
