"Service and restaurants were top notch. Beautiful grounds kept in excellent condition. In some respects , service / cover charge for everything was a bit much . Umbrella cost for the beach I felt should not have a separate charge of$32.00 !! So in some cases , excessive costs , were a bit much "

"I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel.
