"Everything was as described. Lots of bedding, lots of amenities and very easy check-in process. The heated pool was the highlight. I have no complaints but my only critique is it says in the listing 15 minutes away from beaches. I think it should be noted that it’s not 15 minutes from South Beach. "The house is as the pictures show. The pool was very clean and the outdoor bar came in very handy as we watched the Super Bowl from the backyard. There were plenty of linens and towels for the pool and the kitchen had everything you need for basic cooking and there was plenty of glassware and plates.Although there wasn’t much in the immediate neighborhood there was plenty to do about 1 to 1.5 miles away and Ubers were easy to get. "House is generally clean but a little rough and dirty (walls, doors) and patio/yard needs cleaned up. Security code to open the door was too simple (anyone could guess this #) and needs to be more challenging and changed frequently. Beds were fairly comfortable, linens clean, small toiletries were a nice touch. Too cold to use the pool, but it was nice to sit by. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great location to the stadium. Quiet neighborhood. "

"Went down for the Orange Bowl. Everything we needed was at the house. Close to the beach, Hard Rock Stadium, Gulfstream etc. Only downfall with the area is the traffic, but that has nothing to do with the property. "
