"The hotel is superlative in every respect. The people are helpful, articulate, attentive and warmly friendly. Nothing is too much and nothing is difficult. We arrived unexpectedly, following a mandatory evacuation because of Hurricane Milton. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and turned a crisis into an opportunity for helpful R & R. "

"This hotel is located right on the broadwalk and beach in a great location. They offer a lot of nice amenities, like free champagne, snacks and bottled water. The rooms are clean and updated, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that I paid extra for daily breakfast when I booked, but found out that only included the buffet, which my husband didn't want. This is a ridiculous policy, since the buffet costs more than all the other menu items. I was unhappy...
