"It was beautiful and relaxing and the staff were all super polite, kind and helpful. Especially Marie at the front desk, the guys at the beach the ladies at the Salty Siren, the valets, waitstaff at breakfast even the workers at Starbucks were so great! You must treat your staff right because they genuinely seem like they like their job! "

" Perfect stay. Came to celebrate my husband & I’s birthdays with the kids. Took them to the water park, went to the spa & had the most amazing surprise… thanks a million to Turnberry for the most epic birthday upgrade to the penthouse suite! It was definitely a birthday we will never forget & are super grateful! You guys rock ;) Big shout out to Norma & Jessica at the Spa, the front desk, housekeeping & hotel staff will not be forgotten."

"The hotel was nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at 4PM after a long travel day. We had to wait until after 5PM to gain access to our room. Also the elevators kept breaking down so there were long wait times to get up and down the hotel. "

"The proximity to the cruise ship terminal was super convenient. Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Only criticism was the lobby coffee bar, it was only providing brewed coffee and nothing else. Overall all pretty good for our purposes."

"I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired. "

"Amazing resort Older furnishings and dated but clean and best resort on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Nicole at the pool is great and all the staff were extremely accommodating. We had one bedroom poolside suite which was huge. Kitchenette and large balcony . Wish we could stay longer "

"Nice hotel but not up to the usual Westin standards. Needs some investment to bring the hotel up to standards. But good location great and helpful staff makes up for the somewhat shabby appearance. "

"This is an expensive hotel. A very busy hotel. It has access to the beach and it has a nice pool. Downside is the staff use the elevators to transport their cleaning and supplies upstairs to the rooms. Not so great when everyone is coming and going during check in/out. The balconies are partial. You can’t sit on the balconies. The staff really aren’t that friendly. The person on the front desk wouldn’t give any change. Just a no. Not accommodating at all. Not personable. Very slow to...

"Like the old world atmosphere of the hotel. Only headache is not knowing where to park. I was hoping I didn’t have to walk far. But fortunately I got some good tips on how to get a ‘spot’ to where I’m not spending a fortune to park my car."
