"Motel has pool and exercise room. Bed very comfortable. WiFi is good. TV has many options. Says you can get broadcast ABC. But there is a disconnect between the "Guide" and what you actually get. Could not get ABC, NBC, or CBS national news. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. "

However this time, while the beds were still clean and comfortable, the room had wrappers on the floor and the bathroom door was full of dirt and grime like it has never seen a magic eraser. "I stayed for a few days while attending a conference on the ISU campus. It was about an 8 minute drive. I arrived around 8:30pm. I asked to switch rooms because someone was loudly hauking in the room next to mine. I was issued a new room with no problem. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were lovely and clean. Though I did not use the washer and dryer, I appreciated the convenience. I very much enyoyed my stay. "

"The hotel was poor condition due to major renovation. Needs a lot of repair and cleaning. Would not recommend staying there until all repair is completed. Scheduled to be finished in a few weeks."
