"We had a fantastic stay! The location is fantastic, with transport nearby, and the cosy, stylish rooms were perfect for winter. Afternoon wine hour was a highlight—Luis and his team were so friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside was check-in and check-out, where the front desk staff (different each time) didn’t make eye contact initially, which felt a bit impersonal. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience. We’d happily stay again!"
