"It was a really convenient area to stay in. Very close to the BART. We did however ask the front desk 3 separate times for additional towels and bed linens, none of which were ever received. Eventually we asked one of the housekeeping staff and they were kind enough to give us additional linens. "

"My stay at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square was pleasant. The hotel's prime location near Union Square was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great city views. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor downside was that some areas felt slightly dated. A strike was going on, and this detracted from the experience, but I don't fault the property for this. I recommend this hotel; it is great for business...
