"The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at the hotel ahead of the check in time and they were eager to safekeep our luggage while we ventured out for some sightseeings. The dinner and breakfast were served to us in a private room. Not only was the quality of food top notched, the dedicated staff who was served us was the epitome of Japanese...

"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

It’s overpriced and I found the staff to be dishonest. No body speaks English, and while this was fine at other hotels who were intelligent enough to communicate by pointing and body language, as is standard around the world, the staff here seemed incapable or just uninterested. "部屋は広々としてゆったりできた。食事も十分な量で味も良かった。野菜ソムリエの女性が周ってきて説明をしてくれて、一層食材への関心が高まった。夕食前のウエルカムドリンクや無料バーラウンジなど、工夫されていて飽きずに過ごせた。 一方、気になったのは、廊下の声がかなり部屋の中にいても聞こえて夜中は少し気になったこと・貸切露天風呂の脱衣所が暖房が無くとても寒かったこと・駐車場が除雪されていなかったことなど。"
