"滞在中は、過ごしやすかったです。お部屋のトイレのドアが開けにくかったのがちょっと気になりました。朝食は、いただいたのですが、ディナーもつければ良かったです。朝食の食事美味しかったです。お部屋から那須サファリーパークの動物達が見えたのでナイトサファリ楽しむ方は、凄く便利だと思いました。"

The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago. "We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area. "The worst experience for check in as they messed up our booking - wrong unit number and code were informed, and it was for another Rakuten stay, not this facility! The facility is new, a huge living & dining area compare to Nasu where we stayed a year ago.
