"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

"It was great! Very cosy and tradition Japanese stay experience! Breakfast was so carefully prepared and so satisfying! Wish we had gotten the dinner set as well. Location was a bit hard to find at first, as the sign was pretty hidden by all the foliage. The place actually sells tickets to most major attractions at a discount, which we didn’t know until we were about to leave :(. Don’t forget to check with the front desk!! Will definitely come back again if we’re in Nasu!"
