Find Hotel with a Concierge in Nishi

"Good hotel for first timers in Japan. Location is a little confusing to find from the nankai namba station, but the overall location is convenient once you figure out Japan’s transit system"

"Hotel staff were very helpful and super nice. They helped us with transportation as well as give us information on where we can take the train to get to places. They used google translate when they had a hard time explaining what they meant. The hotel was very clean and organized and staff were always there to help when needed. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was also great for my family to just get a quick bite to eat and was super convenient. They also had souvenir shop with it too. The amenity bar was super and location to nearby train station as well as Universal Studios park was just across the street. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit."
