"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."

"The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk. Cute little restaurant just around the corner, beautiful Mountain View’s from all windows, and the local bus stop about a block away. Even better, the Takahashi Dairy milk KOBO was only about...

"Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. "

"Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. Hiking there would take close to an hour and it's mostly uphill. The only place to eat is milk kobo which is a 5 min walk. Would be a good place to stay during...

"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."
