"Room: capsule itself was a decent size. It offered a locked safe, clothing hangers, small bench/storage space. Bedding was a bit hard but just a tip, I folded the bedding and laid on top of it to soften. Hotel: I stayed in the female only dorm and felt very safe. The hotel offers roof top dining (as you cannot eat in the pod) or you can sit at the cafe during the closing hours. The amenities were very clean. Location: great location on the quiet side of Shibuya. A short 5 min walk to Shibuya...

"Rooms are well-kept, WI-FI is really good, amenities are limited but decent enough to use. Public space is small so be aware that despite how the pictures look, it's smaller than expected."

"So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule. "

"Capsule hotels have their drawbacks, but if you know what you’re getting into, this one meets expectations and is kept in good condition. Great option for a cheap one-night stay, as long as you’re not a light sleeper."
