"It was our second time staying at the Clifton Victoria Inn, first with family friends and recently with my own family to celebrate my pre-graduation. I chose it for its convenience, especially with kids in tow. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find free parking. Despite our near-midnight arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Although the building is old, it's clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast was similar to our previous visit, but hopefully, it will change in the future....

"Nice place with friendly staff. Our room on the top floor was updated with a kitchenette which was a nice unexpected surprise! On the flip side the pool and sauna were closed which we were not expecting (but also hadn't been promised to us). The breakfast was really good, not the cheap continental breakfast, but scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, etc which all tasted great. "Parking is inconvenient and a ripoff. Need to self park half a block up the road and lot was full and had to park half in a snow bank for $35/day. Option was $100 for valet which is a ridiculous price to charge for Niagara Falls parking.. and it wasn’t available because valet lot was full..? Staff is very nice. Room was ok. Location is great walking distance from most things in the new Falls area. Door to room did not close so needed to slam door shut when entering or leaving. "
