"We've stayed here a few times now and will likley keep coming back. Rooms are clean. Its walking distance to all the attractions and they give you a free cookie at check in lol. Little things can make a big difference. "

"What I liked about this hotel is.... IT'S RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from Casino Niagara!!! Breakfast included is nice (basic food) Problem...no good TV in the room."

"Property was spotless and the staff were amazing! It was a good night stay. Some of the rooms need renovations but we were told they are underway. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be rejecting. "

"The hotel is a bit outdated, but I was aware of this when I booked. That said, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The layout of the breakfast area was a bit frustrating—it felt a little disorganized. However, the offerings were great: make-your-own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. It was the perfect breakfast for us. There do seem to be some long-term residents at the hotel, but they didn’t bother us at all."

"L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais la chambre était très propre. Bien équipée avec réfrigérateur et micro ondes. Personnel sympathique et femme de chambre très efficace. Le point fort va à l'emplacement directement sur Clifton hill, près des activités, restaurants et près des chutes "

"Stayed here for the 2nd time. Breakfast is good options room was clean and quiet. Free parking we enjoyed our stay. Staff is helpful. The only con is no drinking water provided in the rooms as well as in the breakfast room."
