We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. We have stayed 2x in the past month for various functions and in both rooms we stayed in the toilets constantly make noise and run. Wallpaper and paint is beginning to look sad and peeling but otherwise beds are comfy and it is a convenient location. "
