"Parking lot was covered in dangerous ice. I blame the snowstorm but it was scary walking from my car to the entrance. The room itself was also very cold inside. Staff were able to provide an extra blanket which helped. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed inside. Very friendly customer service"

"The property and the staff were great, bed was comfortable. This can be a busy spot, and we were there on a weekend with lots of children around (It wasn't a problem, just be prepared this is a family friendly spot). I was also thinking it was closer to the actual falls when I booked, and it turned out to be about a 30 minute walk. All in all a good stay :)"

"The property is conveniently located with markets all around. The room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. All the appliances were working fine (Deluxe Kitchen). Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled."
