"We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!"

Great place to stay for a few days.

"Rotorua is such a fun place to visit. There are so many activities. The hotel is in the city center. Not much to do in the city (except Thursday evening food fair) but centrally located to other features…Redwood forest, thermal areas, gondola, ride, and biking. "
