The only negative was that the carpark was really busy and we had expected to be able to park at the hotel but there is plenty of parking a short walk away. The spa was really nice too. "The £5 a night parking charge surprised me, perhaps I missed this when reading your website. Also, the barrier preventing me driving into the car park was down thus, I could not drive in. Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good. However, the room is excellent thanks to the wonderful Nadia and the young man on reception was amazingly brilliant! Great, great staff here!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, room was clean and large enough for three with a lovely view over the golf course and a little table and chairs to sit outside. The pool was warm ! So rare these days so enjoyed using that , staff all very friendly and helpful . We had a pizza and a couple of yummy cocktails on the bar all great ."

"For a one night stay after a flight the Ibis was perfect. A short walk from the terminal, quick and easy check in, nice quiet room, great WiFi and really appreciated the midday check out time allowing me to work in my room in the morning. I'd definitely stay again if I had an early flight out or late flight back into Luton again."
