For some reason we were allocated a disabled room which was ok but the en-suite was large and very very cold with no facility to heat not even a heated towel rail and was not impressed by the offer of an electric heater. I will not be booking a Holiday Inn break again.

No fridge in the room, no safe in the room, temperature seemed to be capped (so it was cold). On the other hand, it was quiet, clean and staff were absolutely great including the receptionist who helped us with booking taxis. Thank you very much for his help.

Excellent Service at Holiday Inn
Excellent service, friendly and professional staff on reception, in the bar, restaurant and the cleaners. The room was very clean and comfortable with the option to have a ‘green stay’. Free parking and access to the health centre with a gym and pool makes this a great place to stay.

We booked two rooms for our overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of each room. Yes it was more expensive but you certainly get what you pay for, so we will certainly be looking to more holiday inn hotels again.
