"Hotel was nice however a few buts in the room were tired and need replacing. Bath tub had a chip on the bottom. Paintwork needs refreshing"

"We have stayed here a few times over the last 4-5 years. Staff are very friendly and there is a vibrant atmosphere in the public areas. Room was clean and quiet with all the facilities we needed and the breakfast provided was varied and a big bonus. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the double bed was quite uncomfortable due to a dip in the mattress. This was a shame as even budget hotels now offer king sized mattresses and bedrooms are refurbished regularly. I wonder whether the...

"Wasn't particularly easy to find as wasn't sign posted very well! But once we were inside we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, said her name was "maryam". Very pleasant and helpful. Great room Great service Breakfast wasy easy and nice Would stay again Thanks "

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."
