"I can only confirm what other 5 star reviewers have said. The unit was comfortable, clean, quiet, and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were visiting family nearby for Christmas and arrived to find a small tree and other holiday decorations setting the mood in the rental. The host was welcoming and thoughtfully initiated some other accommodations due to holiday activities in the area. We will definitely check availability of this property first the next time we visit L.A.!"

"The area has no internet or phone reception, making it difficult to check in. I believe the host should have informed us of this in advance. Parking is available on the street across from the house, so be sure to check. The house is beautiful and filled with vintage furniture, but the toilet and kitchen are connected by a sliding door. "My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!"
