We were visiting family nearby for Christmas and arrived to find a small tree and other holiday decorations setting the mood in the rental. The host was welcoming and thoughtfully initiated some other accommodations due to holiday activities in the area. We will definitely check availability of this property first the next time we visit L.A.!"

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck.
