Plus my return visit in two months from now is me booking cottage space and being confirmed for it with the photos and in print and upon checking in being given the cabin (older units) that I did not reserve.there is a misrepresentation, glitch, or miscommunications between Expedia and thousand trails. "The yurt was perfect - super-charming rustic vibe was perfect for a laid-back weekend. We came for the Leona Divide trail runs - so the chill atmosphere was right up our alley. Communication for check-in and everything else was great."

"Property was as described; however we noticed ants upon arrival in the bathroom. We contacted owner who immediately brought some traps. Then on the morning of our departure the ants were all over the kitchen. No open food was left out. Drowned as many as I could in the sink but they were everywhere!"

"We were a group coming overseas and they allowed us to drop off our luggages before check in. The cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. We had an internet issue after 12 midnight and still got a response from their support team. I gave 5 stars to all except for the condition of the property for a few reasons - 1. UCLA trip

"We stayed here for a UCLA event due to the proximity to campus and good reviews. The hotel facilities, staff and breakfast were excellent. They had a full breakfast which included an omelette station, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal and baked goods. Valet parking is the only option at $40/ day but you can get complimentary uber rides to campus and a few select local places. "
