"The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

The grounds are beautiful and the beach is one of the best on Bloody Bay. They have a great staff that try and do anything they can to make your vacation special."

"It is quiet, safe and nicely situated to the beach. The food and restaurant is subpar. From the time the you place your order for food to the time you receive it, it is about an hour. The flavor and presentation of the food is very subpar. For all things considered, Sandy Haven is a great location, reasonably priced and safe. Rooms are clean, hot water for the showers and free towels for the beach. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating."

"I like this spot, very quiet and they have 2 properties. It’s best to get the property with the villas that is on the beach. The place was well manicured and the staff was great. My only complaint is I didn’t have a Microwave in the room I stayed but the staff in the restaurant allow me to use theirs."

"Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else! Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff.
