"The staff was exceptional!!! Sashauna was so diligent in helping me retrieve my daughter’s misplaced snuggle blanket! A big thank you to all the people in the laundry department for looking for and finding my daughter’s snuggy. I really appreciate it. My family and I will definitely be back. "

"I loved that the property it was quite peaceful and clean 😌 the sound of the sea 🌊 the view priceless, staffing was awesome 👌 only con was that as a jamaican we would love to have whole fish and our local authentic meal .we are tired of foreign style food.."

"We just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rayon . Wow ! We were so impressed with this charming property . The staff are amazing .. all the way from management to housekeeping to security . The complimentary FULL daily breakfast was fabulous and the girls in the restaurant are top notch . Shout out to Miss. Pansy for operating such a wonderful property . We are definitely returning . We have stayed at many properties in Jamaica including some 5 star all inclusives . This by far was one of our most memorable holidays . Well done Rayon ! Keep up the fantastic job !!"

"Our 2nd stay at The Cliff was as expected, fantastic! This was the perfect place for the 2 of us to getaway so we could relax and enjoy our 25th anniversary. The spacious, comfortable room and more than adequate bathroom were perfect. Water pressure and temperature were excellent every day and the air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room were ideal. The staff was always welcoming and willing to assist with any and every request. Bartender LT and dining room attendant Romona really went above and beyond for us. The New Year’s Eve party and fireworks display were such a great time. Looking forward to our 3rd visit. "

"The staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday and Christmas trip a fun and memorable one! Everyone went above and beyond from Sherique & Monique at the front desk who were always accommodating and helpful, Lee who walked us to our room and checked on us, Super who took care of our room, Camille, Peta Gaye, Tavia, Reneka, and Gary at the restaurant and bar who served us delicious food and drinks daily with good music, beautiful views, and good vibes all around. Can't forget TJ in security who went above and beyond to make us feel safe. The location on Seven mile beach is PERFECT with the exception of being two doors down from Margaritaville where you can expect a late and loud Friday night ladies night party which isn't good if you like to go to bed early. Speaking of bed, the beds were clean but honestly not too comfortable. That's the one improvement that is needed in the rooms. Overall, we had a great time and met some new friends as well as old, and I thank everyone. We will be back with our family soon! "
