"We didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleased right from the great welcome service at the airport. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a very nice room The room was spacious with a nice balcony. It appeared that there aren’t any rooms with bad proximity. Food is very good. Even though we only had 2 dinners at the two fancy restaurants it really was ok. The other options are very good. "I’ve stayed here twice and both stays have been such a lovely experience. All of the staff is so kind, helpful, and fun. They are extremely clean and housekeeping exceeded my expectations every day! The beach restaurant has very good food, too!! "

"I liked the quietness of the property. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite. It is close to dining options within walking distance either from the beach or along Norman Manley Blvd. The only issue was the water availability, at times it took a while for the hot water to work especially later in the day and late one night there was no water at all. Otherwise everything else was very good and I would return to visit another time. Overall I recommend this property."
