"This was a family trip, my youngest son arrived in town almost 4 hours before we did. I called the hotel and asked if they could give my son a room and I will pay when I get there, which I’m sure Is against Policy. But he did. And I’m very grateful for that. "Poor customer service, the linen was stained and crumpled, bathtub and toilet bowl stained, shower curtain filthy. Not a single redeeming factor. Continental breakfast at 7 am was some dry cereal, no milk, no coffee. We were told “the kids were here this morning and ate it all”. We ended up going to a McDonald’s."

Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use.
