"Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. "Poor customer service, the linen was stained and crumpled, bathtub and toilet bowl stained, shower curtain filthy. Not a single redeeming factor. Continental breakfast at 7 am was some dry cereal, no milk, no coffee. We were told “the kids were here this morning and ate it all”. We ended up going to a McDonald’s."
