Bought a lake view hiest floor, they oversold and made me waitfor over an hour, gave me a cheaper one and told me it was expidia's fault. Hyatt management did not do anything to help and blame us for using 3rd party expidia, in the morning other supervisor told me to check out as they needed our room. Very rude.

No maintenance done on the rooms in a long time it seems. Limescale everywhere, toilet has a leak and comes straight out the floor tile grout, shower head needs cleaning, shower hose is damaged, corridor leading to room had an awful chemical smell and a huge basket filled with nasty water and hoses from the ceiling, very noisy guests running up and down the hallway. Every time i go to sugarland i stay here but i might book another hotel next time, not that much of a difference in price but huge difference in maintenance etc. The view out the window is nice though.
