1. They don’t have coffee or tea in the room they do have coffee in the lobby but the machine is broke most of the time, also the coffee is so watered down and no setting adjustments. 2 my hand soap holder was broken for 7 days and no one cared to replace it even though I informed the receptionist. 3. cockroaches in bed I found one and it’s disgusting also room service come late most of the time and I get from work at 5pm and my room still not cleaned . 4. Noises from other rooms specially when opening doors and closing the. 5. I saw someone under my Lexus at 2 am , though they have security and I did see them but I am not sure the security can handle the size of the parking lot.

Our last night in TX Beryl hit and we watched transformers on the hwy crack and lose power. It was becoming close to check out time and it was still storming. Manager allowed us a very late check out. He wasnt sure at first but Im sure he realized that with no power he couldnt check anyone in or out. We managed to get a flight out (first and last plane out since it hit) so we didnt need to stay the extra day we thought we had to. I don’t remember his name but thank you for not throwing us out into the mess! And I hope you and the rest of the guests are safe. 🙏🙏

Holiday Inn Express Stay
Hotel was exceptionally clean and attractive. The breakfast hours was posted as 6:30 am until 10:00 am. It did not open unti 7:15am. The eggs were not ready until about 7:45am. Too late to have them for breakfast due to business commitments. Rest of food was excellent and dining area very well laid out and attractive and clean. Hotel Staff was very cordial and friendly. Overall, a good stay!
