"Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. "Poor customer service, the linen was stained and crumpled, bathtub and toilet bowl stained, shower curtain filthy. Not a single redeeming factor. Continental breakfast at 7 am was some dry cereal, no milk, no coffee. We were told “the kids were here this morning and ate it all”. We ended up going to a McDonald’s."
