"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. "Had a Check in issue bc the top was locked so i had to use the emergency alternate entry. The owner have very slow response. Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use. Also didnt like the list of things that's required to be done upon departure, eventhough i complied, that's what i paid a cleaning fee for.
