"We arrived well before check in time, and left our luggage at the Ximen branch. Staff had already delivered our luggage and put them in our room when we checked in. Check in at the Chengdu branch is through a machine, but very straight forward process. The room is clean and surprisingly soundproof for Ximending area. It is pretty close to Ximen station. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and they also delivered the package to our room while we were out during the day, which was great. Good...

"After I took the Taoyuan Airport Express Train to the last station named Taipei Main Station I exited Gate 5 and turned right (South). I kept walking with my luggage for about 500 meters and the Via Hotel was very next to the Family Mart store (at the corner).
