"Overall a good stay with easy to access train station directly in front of hotel entrance. Biggest issue was the very badly orientation of the furniture was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room. "

They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. "A spontaneous trip with my wife to Osaka led us to a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be staying here again. A short walk from the train station makes this a very convenient location if you're coming off of the Shinkansen. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and accommodating. "

"I paid for the town view room they advertised but I received tennis court and unknown empty lot view. When I raised the issue the front desk staff said they run out of that room. I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. I’m not a first international traveler and hasn’t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel. Other than that, overall experience is good. I believe they should do fair trading."

"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "

"Entry to subway station immediately outside front door. Convenience store on the other side of hotel entry. Lovely lounge,dining bar area beside hotel foyer. Unlimited access to the coffee machine in the dining area for guests. Wet area in the room was a good size ,shower head luxurious.
