"Stayed here twice on one holiday trip and both times it was superb! The area is amazing as well as the local transport. It’s within acceptable walking range of everything noteworthy of visiting and a subway line right beside the hotel if needed. Great and polite staff, tidy room which are pretty spacious. Highly recommend!"

"We loved that the hotel is centrally located. All the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently near the train station. There were so many restaurants nearby and five restaurants in the hotel. It was hard to choose where to eat. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had dinner reservations at a omakase restaurant but we were unsure if they were open due to the message that we read online. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice, he called the restaurant for us to confirm they were open. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop bar has a great vibe with a DJ and the view is amazing! The rooms are clean, good size and I like that the toilet and shower are in separate spaces. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back with our family. "

"We booked a connecting twin-triple room. Overall we had an excellent stay. Beds were medium firm, pillows were kinda soft and flat (great for flat sleepers), and duvet was soft and fluffy. Bedsheets were smooth and cooling. Our rooms were not facing the road so it was rather quiet. We had good sleep every night (7 nights). The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. I had no problems with the elevators as some reviews have complained. There were sufficient elevators to take everyone every time we took them. The location was also very convenient to travel to many places. I liked that malls are well connected and there are supermarkets and restaurants everywhere. I very much prefer Umeda to Namba. Some negatives: The rooms were small and it was hard to fully open up a large suitcase. We could not open and close the connecting room doors on our own. We had to call the staff every day and night to open and close them (we had small kids with us so we had to close the doors every evening for a conducive rest). It was inconvenient but thankfully, most staff did it with a smile. Lastly, the garbage bin was too small so we had to ask for cleaning every two nights. Despite asking for full cleaning that included garbage collection, plastic bags of garbage next to the bin were not cleared on one occasion. I’d like to suggest garbage collection as one of the services included in Eco-cleaning instead."

"A wonderful stay in a nice cozy room. We would've stayed here longer as we were enjoying the Osaka area, but our plans were already made! Our only complaint is the long elevator wait times all throughout the day. But with ad many floors and guests that this hotel can sustain, it's no surprise."
