"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up. "Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them.
