"My husband and I had a perfect 3 night stay. We were the only guests on the property (which has a total of 3 units), so we felt particularly lucky to have the pool and space to ourselves. Plenty of great spots within walking distance, but we spent most of our time lounging by the pool-- which is even better than the photos suggest. Communication was easy, bed was comfortable, and shower was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Pictures are very accurate, the property is mere steps to the beach. Potrero is a great, quieter beach town that has some great food nearby. Excellent coffee, smoothie bowls, and massages are less than 10 minutes walk away. Short drive to Tamarindo if you want more of a party scene or more surfable beaches. Hosts were great and responsive to messages."

"My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. The beach is about 50 feet from the entrance to the apartment. The bay is beautiful and we saw dolphins near the shore...

"Positives are, location, neighborhood, secure, and location as pictured. Beach Coffee shops and restaurants were light walks thru safe neighbor hoods. Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. Also, a bath towel should not feel like a shammy."

"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"We really liked the location! We were overlooking the pool which was warm and beautiful. Huge outdoor deck with table and comfy seating (there was also a grill, but we didn't use it). It was a very short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket was a couple minutes away via car (there was a closer one but we didn't go to that one). The kitchen was large and fully stocked, i think we were the first people to use the oven/stove and toaster....
