"Overall our stay at the Eden Hotel was very nice! The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location was great! It was close to amenities, but we never noticed it to be too loud at night. My only concern would be the cleanliness. Our room was very dusty, and one of the pillowcases was quite dirty. That being said we would absolutely stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"The property itself is lovely, staff are very welcoming and helpful and our room was amazing. We stayed in a Panoramic spa wellness room and used all the facilities it had to offer every evening after a long day. The only downside for us was that our view wasn’t very good as there was building works happening to the right of the hotel that we were unaware of when we booked. Couldn’t really have the balcony door open as it was pretty loud. Not much that the hotel can do about that but would’ve...

"This hotel has a prime location, just steps from Amsterdam Central for train and tram stop and also stps from the boat docks and Damrak Street. Very nice hotel and rooms. The Concierge team is fantastic, knowledgeable and quite helpful. Good service overall. We did not have cable TV service for 2 days due to maintenance in the area, which was annoying. We had some issues with the laundry service as the first time we did not get our clothes on time. The second time they ruined one of my sweaters...

"Me and my partner stayed at the teleport hotel for our anniversary and I can’t fault it! Very affordable, extremely welcoming with a fun atmosphere. Room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. staff are absolutely lovely! They even put a little note in the room for us with some drinks and snacks which made us so happy. Excited to announce that me and my partner are now engaged! Thanks for making our trip so special. "
