"What a fabulous hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, no room for a chair though. The mini bar was free and topped up every day. Great selection for breakfast. We had dinner there one night, fish and chips which was so tasy. The bus stop is just round the corner with buses running regularly to Haarlem station, where you can easily get the train into Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again. "

"First, know that there is no elevator! We overlooked this detail when booking the hotel and regretted it. Our room was on the top floor. The man at the front desk graciously carried our bag up and I lugged it down three flights of steep Dutch death stairs in the morning. Not an easy feat for a small woman who might have done a little shopping on her 10 day trip. Other than the accessibility factor, this is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. "

"The apartment is in an excellent location surrounded by boutique shops, cafe’s and restaurants there is loads within a short walk. The apartment is a good size with nice living room and large bathroom. They provide us a cot for the baby and were great communicating with us. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint and a few touches like a shelf in the shower and a few more bits in the kitchen but otherwise good. Overall all a really pleasant stay! "
