"Nathalie was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The space is small but it was perfect for two people. The location was also fantastic. It’s a 5 min walk from the nearest tram stop to get to the center. Although it’s also easy to walk to and from there without a problem. There were nice little amenities like an awesome chocolate bar. I’d stay again."

"We spent our last five nights at MercedesB&B. The location was really handy to many attractions in Amsterdam. Isobel was very helpful, and with just a mention she had already ordered our ride to the airport five days later, at no cost to us. Breakfast was included at a lovely restaurant/coffee shop about one block away. Both she and her husband were a wealth of information. I hope we have this same luck getting accommodation when travelling to other destinations."
