"The dirty note was for the neighborhood, not the hotel property. Theres not much that can be helped, usually the areas near train stations aren't the best. The hotel was great though and in a very convenient location!"

"No on-site parking as advertised so it was a shocker upon arrival that there’s no parking. There’s a parking garage next door connected to the shopping center that charges 30 euro maximum daily rate but it does close nightly through morning so you may be locked in if you want to get an early start before 8am. Walking distance to the Weise for Oktoberfest and noisy if windows are open but closed windows blocked out noise pretty good. Decent kitchenette with stove and dishwasher and fridge that...

"It is a bit unfair to label all of the staff as poor. The front desk staff was excellent in every aspect. It was the incredibly poor service in the restaurant that earned the poor rating. Rarely have I ever seen a server act so terribly. The waitress was slow in taking the order, brought out food only after being asked, then didn’t bring all of it. Once we caught her attention, she said she would bring out the remaining food, but it still took her over 20 minutes to do it. She was rude the...
