Everything was very clean and perfect, even the people at reception were also kind and helpful. The room was a 'luxury' room very well furnished and very clean. Breakfast was also very good and Buffet. They take great care that everything remains warm and tidy. Also everything is very easy to reach on foot and by transport. We will definitely return to this hotel

Great location, only 6 minutes by walking from the subway station and also has a 24hr convenience store and McDonalds in front of the hotel. The room is excellent with comfortable beds. Will definitely come back for next visit.

Nice clean and friendly hotel on the outskirts of the city. I stayed here for the NFL game and it was ideal for the stadium. Short train ride in to the centre from the station 5 minutes walk away. Not a lot around the hotel walking distance but it was ideal for my trip, I would recommend

Breakfast was great. Room furnishings a little sparse - no desk chair, no iron. One of the two lifts (both new) consistently made an unsettling creaking noise on the way down.

Our room was through a restaurant off a side hallway. The bed was situated like a loft, and the temperature was 28 degrees. I asked the staff for a fan or for some assistance/ new room 4 times but was told there was nothing they could do. My wife and I left the hotel at 4 am as we couldn't sleep. The hotel never responded to our requests for refunds or assistance in making the situation right.

nice, but serious temperature problem
We had a "studio" with a loft; no matter how much we cranked the AC it was sweltering hot in the loft. Even when it was cold enough to be uncomfortable downstairs it was very hard to sleep upstairs. There were no windows that open so we couldn't do anything about it. We told the staff but nothing changed in our 4 night stay. Otherwise the place was very nice. I'd say avoid the studio room and you'll enjoy staying here.
