"We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. "The stay was fine. Our room was not ready when we arrived which we understood because it was early. However we have never had to pay to keep our bags at the front desk which we thought was tacky. I asked if they would text me when our room was ready and they did not. "

We were allowed to check in 2 hours early and we were pleasantly surprised when we were given a king size bed after I requested that they give us a double bed. "Location is near to hbf and stadt but the street is very noisy specially in nights. The hotel is fine for one night stay but not recommend if someone is coming on vacation and would like to book it for comfort and fun. Major drawback- dirty bathrooms, shower not working and untidy bedsheets. I cannot recommend you this hotel."
