Had lovely check in. Our 2 rooms were interconnected but took hours & multiple requests to have connecting doors opened. Multiple bad customer service experiences especially with bar staff in the evening. Room was small but ok. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was additional €45pp and not v good except for inlet station. At Check out had been billed for car parking & they kept asking was I sure I didn’t park…. Very sure, we had no car! A lot of € spent but not great experience unfortunately.

This is my first time to use Expedia, and after I arrived I wanted to end my stay early and visit nearby friends. The Hotel said my reservation was non-refundable and I would have to pay the entire cost. I tried contact Expedia for advice, but I could not get through to anyone.
