"The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be...

"A great location super rooms and fantastic staff at reception, they were always so helpful and the hotel should be commended for their reception team - first rate! The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! If you enjoy breakfast, you're in for a treat... outstanding. "

"The dirty note was for the neighborhood, not the hotel property. Theres not much that can be helped, usually the areas near train stations aren't the best. The hotel was great though and in a very convenient location!"

During covid its tricky to know where to stay and what services would be reduced. Lucas was our guy, he does everything and boy can he cook up a mean stake ! "The hotel is close to highway. Parking was limited but we could find the place. The breakfast was fine. The restaurant serves no dinner but you can order from nearby restaurants. What was good that we could use the restaurant tables and cutlery. The service was very good"
