"there was a slight issue with us having access to our room upon checking in. The staff said they're system just switched over to a new one just as we were checking in and they had some difficulties activating our room key. It's also been almost a week and they're still holding on to our security deposit which I find kind of strange, but besides those two minor hiccups everything about the hotel and area were great."

Amazing getaway

"The property was so beautiful! The rooms could use some updating but that added to the charm. The restaurant was delicious and you never left hungry. We went horseback riding in the river and had the best time! Our tour guide Megan was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We had so much fun and can’t wait to go back! The only complaint I have about the room is the ac wasn’t the best. It was hot in our room and the ac barely ran even after we turned it down. Overall we had an amazing time at Dillard House and we can’t wait to return! "
