The lack of air conditioning in most rooms is offset by the usage of fans provided by the Hotel, as well as being able to open the windows. So I wouldn't say that's an issue for me, but it might be for some. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place that is both easily accessible from the city centre, as well as a place with good staff and service. "

"Lovely one night stay. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the piano man entertainment immensely in the Merlin bar. Nice relaxed space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good. "
