"The hotel was amazingly beautiful. We woke up to views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi. The check in process was fairly easy with the tablet in room. Just make sure you receive the check in process the day before. I did not but made sure to email the property based on the reviews I read and they sent it to me to pre-register. It was a nice welcome with the cold drinks, snacks and sweet treat. We weren't sure about some items in the room but were able to communicate with staff via the tablet to sort things out easily. The 7-11 and bus stop were within walking distance of the hotel. I would totally recommend this property and want to stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay here. Very authentic onsen experience. All inclusive was great with access to the lounge. Kaiseki dinner was wonderful. Breakfast has a lot of options. The gardens were stunning. The evening drum performance and bingo was great fun. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy for our short stay so we couldn’t see Mt Fuji but the hotel made our stay just as pleasurable even without seeing the view."

"The hotel lived up to its name with fantastic views of My Fuji (except during rainfall). Clean, comfy room with a good choice of breakfast buffet items. Also good shuttle service to the station. "

"Close and easy walk from Gora Station and near Hakone Open Air Museum! Excellent onsen hotel! We had an onsen bath in our condominium room but we also used the communal onsen. Hotel had many levels and rooms for gathering together with free afternoon snacks and after dinner dessert with all the drinks you would ever need. It was fun to walk around and see all these rooms. We did not sign up for the dinner package but we did enjoy the excellent breakfast! We happened to be in Hakone during a beautiful sunny day and was able to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities and nearby attractions. We greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would absolutely return when we are in Japan again! "

"The hotel offers free shuttles to near by train stations and some points of interest, and they will also provide pu k up if you call. That made it very easy to get around. The dining options are somewhat limited; however, the quality of everything we had were excellent. The staff was so polite and nice. They all spoke English, so it’s a good destination hotel for foreigners."
